Production
Contract timing, we want to adhere to your calendar. Reliable and skilled tradesman will focus on one building at a time based on contract specifications. Communities will be kept safe and clean of debris and inspected on a daily basis being considerate of residents and their property. Our professional management staff inspects all work to ensure quality. A final walk-through with the customer confirms the completion of every job.
Timing
The Prime Touch Crew will remain on the job site from start to finish of the project. Each building will be completed in a continuous fashion to minimize the disruption to the unit owners.
Communication
Prime Touch will utilize two way door hangers for the unit owners or tenants to communicate actions required to facilitate the painting of their unit. |
